1. Returns Eligibility
Opened, used, altered, or tampered products are not eligible for return
Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Claims must be supported with clear photos or videos
2. Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, REDEFINE will offer a replacement or refund at its discretion
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to REDEFINE
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless delivered damaged or incorrect)
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted
